I am the eldest son of an Italian immigrant father who still lives in the same house in San Jose, California for over 50 years (he’s now 95 years old). I grew up and love living in the Bay Area. I have knowledge of many bay area cities and neighborhoods and I purchased my first home in the Glen Cove district in South Vallejo. In 2000, I relocated to New York City where I lived and worked as an apartment broker. I established myself to work with some of the most competitive people in the industry collaborating with managers, building supervisors and apartment owners sharpening my negotiating and leadership skills. I was only one broker not among hundreds, but among THOUSANDS of other brokers. This real-life experience of living and working in one of the most competitive cities in the world taught me New York City’s best real estate secret: Aggressive Marketing and Advertising. I was trained by the best in the business in sales, hi-tech marketing, negotiating techniques, assertiveness and persistence and I now bring my skills right back home to Vallejo.
