Since 1972 I have been serving the needs of home buyers and sellers in Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. I know about horse properties and acreages because I grew up on a ranch in New Mexico. I began my career in Colorado in 1972 as an real estate agent. Two years later I became a licensed broker and was the designated broker for Proferred Properties in Littleton, Co. In 1980 I opened a United Farm Agency in Logan, New Mexico, selling farms, ranches, commercial and Recreational properties. 1986 brought me and my family to Arizona where I have worked for Tom Traw Realty, Realty Executive, and now I have been with WestUSA Realty for the past 17 years. My specialty is horse properties and acreages and I live in Clearwater Farms which is a community of 2 and 3 acre irrigated horse properties at the foot of the White Tank Mountains in the far West Valley.
