Communication is Key, Being Thankful is Paramount
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investments you'll probably make. Make sure you can communicate opening and honestly with the agent you hire. I've been helping clients and friends relocate for over 20 years. I've moved several times myself, since we are former military. I understand.
My primary markets are Newport News, York County and Williamsburg. I also go to Gloucester, Isle of Wight and Suffolk (Remember, we moved around a couple of times :)
I have been for several years, and am currently on the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors Risk Manangement Committee, Professional Standards Committee and the Professional Development Committee.
In 2017 I received my Ruby Award for 10 years of being a Virginia Peninsula Award winner.
In my office I chair the Community Service Committee- community service is important. My heart especially goes out to kids, animals and the elderly. I actually have my designation in Senior Residential Specialist (as well as Military Relocation).
The Military are also close to my heart. I can't thank our military families and first responders enough for what you do for the community at large, so I offer those financial rewards out of my commission check as a token of my appreciation. My husband was a Marine as soon as he turned 18.That was a tough time. He's a lover, not a fighter- so he became a Police Officer for the next 25 years and is now retired.
