I've helped first time home buyers, those downsizing and up-sizing, recreational property purchasers and investors.
I love Real Estate and am passionate about farms, rural living, lake recreating, time with family (which include my husband, two teenage boys our black labs and black Angus cattle), helping lost teens navigate tough situations and lastly but first in my life is God.
I've lived in Spokane for 19 years, moving here from Wenatchee, for a better opportunity wutg my husbands job as a truck driver. I'm originally from Yakima and was fortunate to live in a rural area around horse farms and orchards.
My work experience ranges from parts runner for a large auto company to being a title insurance examiner to staying home with my kids and running my own in-home business. Real Estate is something my husband and I dabbled in over the years and I became Real Estate Broker in 2013.
I have fallen in love with Spokane and am so thankful to put roots here and love helping those relocating to the area. That's why I was so drawn to purchase and run a Welcome Service from 2006 to 2013. That opportunity afforded me hands on education in running a business and has helped me transition into Real Estate as a full-time career.
The future is bright in Spokane and the cost of living reasonable. I look forward to every new client I meet. I hope you are my next client!
