Jennifer McIntosh is a native Floridian. She grew up in Gainesville, Florida. She graduated from Buchholz High School in 1981. Jennifer graduated from Emory University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1987 with a Masters of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Jennifer returned to the Gator Nation, aka Gainesville, in 1988 and worked for 18 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Adult Neurogenic Communication and Swallowing Disorders. She made a mid-life career change in January, 2006. She has been listing and selling homes full-time since then. She continues to enjoy working with people and has applied her speech pathology background into her approach to selling real estate. Real estate transactions can be emotional and taxing on buyers and sellers. Jennifer has used her communication skills to successfully facilitate numerous sales in Alachua and Volusia Counties. She is the Team Leader for THE CAMPUS TO COAST TEAM selling homes from Gainesville to Daytona. In 2015, Jennifer successfully closed 77 transactions totaling over 17 million dollars in sales volume.
