EXPERIENCE
I have worked as a licensed full-time real estate agent for over 17 years. I can handle a variety of real estate purchases and sales including single family residence, condos, townhouses, mobile/manufactured homes and even a business or two. In am in the top 5 in land sales in the area.
I started my career working extensively with a top producing listing agent and a top producing buyer’s agent as a real estate assistant for almost 2 years before venturing out on my own. I have worked all over southern California which greatly widens my selling knowledge and territory. Some of those areas are Kern County, lower Ventura County, San Fernando County, parts of San Bernadino County and all of the Antelope Valley.
I am an experience short-sale and reo specialist which makes up the majority of our present market. I also have over 5 years of property management experience.
EDUCATION
I have a degree in photojournalism and worked for a newspaper while attending college. I continue my education by taking classes that interest me and of course I also regularly attend real estate classes and seminars.
VOLUNTEER SERVICES
I believe in giving back to the community and people that support me. I am an active member of the Los Angeles County Animal Control Large Animal Rescue Team, Kern County Desert Search and Rescue Unit and California City Desert Team.
