Yes, I have 17 years of successful Real Estate experience in two time frames, which included being the first woman in my original office to get a Broker's license, as well as being an Assistant Manager at my second firm, Gary Green - Champions. I was a business manager in the business sector in between my Real Estate years, and in 2010 joined Keller Williams - Lake Conroe. Those are my credentials.
More importantly this section is really about the Client and what I can offer you. This has to do with my nature. I am focused, calm, very detail oriented and listen carefully. It is not necessary for me to be the center of attention, that is not my role, service to my Client is. Ethics and honesty however, are paramount to me personally.
My clients get communication, and I always am available to them. I am an individual Realtor, not a Team, so therefore every detail is evaluated by me, not an employee - that is how I wish to work. Service, honesty, and having clients happy with the results - that is my goal. This is true if you are listing your property, finding a home for you and your family, a rental if that is your need, as I am comfortable with all of these roles. My service continues well after the commission is paid. I provide information, service sources, and support with ongoing trust and respect for years, which often results in close friendships. If that is what you wish for in a Realtor - I am a good candidate.
