I started in real estate in 2002 as a Vacation Rental Agent in Lake Placid. I obtained my Broker's license in 2004, the same year I started listing and selling properties. I opened my own office, La Selva Real Estate, on Main Street in Lake Placid in 2007. My office is now located on Main Street in Au Sable Forks NY. I service Essex, Clinton and Franklin counties.
I have listed and sold many properties within a 50 mile radius of me for over 15 years. I am extremely experienced and know who I work for.
I served two terms as President of the Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors in 2011 & 2012. I continue to serve on the Professional Standards Committee. I have been serving the Board since 2007.
I specialize in second home and resort homes and perform Vacation Rental Consulting. Need property management? I can help you there, too. I was the HOA Manager for Pinehill Phase 1 & 2 in Lake Placid from 2008 to 2010.
