NORCROSS
Georgia, U.S.A.
AFFORDABLE AND ATTRACTIVE
Welcome to Norcross, Georgia. This city of around 15,000 residents is located around 20 miles northeast of Atlanta and offers a quaint small-town ambience and easy access to the big city. Norcross is part of Gwinnett County and was first settled in the 1800s. Back then it was considered a resort spot where people from all over the Atlanta metro came to enjoy their vacation in milder temperatures. Downtown Norcross played an important part in the city’s early development, and this historical area today comprises the focal point of the community. The city center features wonderfully preserved 19th century architecture and a vibrant blend of shops and restaurants, with plenty of parks throughout. Living in Norcross is affordable and attractive, and it’s hard to argue with the convenient location right by the I-285, which takes you straight to downtown Atlanta. This is a great place to call home, offering superb quality of life in a quaint mix of history and modernity. Meander the well-kept streets of Norcross, and you just may find yourself falling in love with the many Antebellum mansions and Victorian homes that whisper of times long gone. As far as green space, Norcross is not lacking its fair share. Residents have access to the Lillian Webb Community Park, Trasher Park, Best Friend Park, together featuring recreation like playgrounds, ballparks, an amphitheater and more!
