Agoura Hills, CA
Welcome to Historic Quarter, Agoura Hills.
Historic Quarter is a residential neighborhood in the southernmost part of Agoura Hills, located south of the Ventura Freeway in western Los Angeles County. The Historic Quarter is divided into two sections; the area south along and south of Agoura Road which pretty much comprises the neighborhood's main street and the contemporary development from Cornell Road to Agoura Road. You'll find a wonderfully quaint mix of buildings in the Historic Quarter, with small-town Americana and homes of Rustic Architecture, as well as modern homes with views of the Agoura and Simi Hills. The district has recently seen revival, with the opening of a new club, several restaurants and restoration of the historic Blue Star Playhouse. Today, this part of town is becoming as lively as it once was, and more and more people are discovering the allure of historic charm that the Historic Quarter offers. In addition, a boom of new office construction has added further activity in the area, including the new headquarters of upscale retailer M. Fredric. If you're looking to live in a part of Agoura Hills with exciting new features, spectacular views and quaint historic features, Historic Quarter may be for you. Peruse the local boutiques and new fancy stores, or dine at the many memorable restaurants with long-time locals; the Historic Quarter offers plenty of room for enjoyment.
