Welcome to Clarendon Heights, San Francisco.
North of Twin Peaks and east of Mount Sutro, right in the central part of San Francisco, lies the beautiful neighborhood of Clarendon Heights. Panoramic views over the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges, as well as stunning architecture, are a few of the luxuries that residents here may delight in. English royal houses nestled up against contemporary homes, paint a vivid imagery that is a joy to walk amidst. The classic San Francisco hills offer quite a workout, so health enthusiasts need not worry about a gym membership. In addition, there are hiking trails in the area of Tank Hill and Sutro Heights Park. Lot sizes in Clarendon Heights tend to be quite a lot larger than most San Francisco homes with irregular shapes thanks to the shifting terrain. The neighborhood was originally built around the 1950's, so there are plenty of mid-century homes up on the market here. If you fancy a latte, you should know that a nearby Starbucks isn't anywhere to be found so make sure to get your Keurig installed on moving day! In fact, no shopping stores or commercial areas are located within this suburban area, since this is a place for those who enjoy the secluded peace and quiet. You may want to get a car before you relocate here, since that will be your exclusive means of transportation to and from the hill. Also, this area can be quite windy and foggy, so bring a set of warmer apparel and enjoy this classy and eclectic neighborhood to its fullest!
