Welcome to a glimpse into Pennsylvania's industrial past. Allegheny County's Braddock Hills, rich in history and ripe for a new boom.
As a rust belt town it's economic base was in steel production and coal mining. And you don't have to look very hard to find remnants of that past. Just look to the abandoned mines scattered around town. It's an affordable place to live and offers a return to the simple life. With lots of open space families can settle-in with room to grow. Modern homes blend in with older ones, holdovers from the post World War II housing boom, and that something old and something new is part of Braddock Hills' charm. So take a trip down memory lane, just eight miles outside of Pittsburgh's downtown, and enjoy the simple old-fashioned charms that small town living has to offer.
